6. Web Development Services
For web development services, the project scope, timeline, pricing, revisions, deliverables, and maintenance terms will be defined in the proposal, invoice, or written communication.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

7. Payments and Fees

8. Government and Third-Party Fees
Government filing fees, state fees, registered agent fees, payment gateway charges, tax authority charges, hosting fees, domain fees, software fees, and other third-party costs may be separate from Almaec’s service fees unless clearly included in writing.
Such third-party fees are generally non-refundable once paid or submitted.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled based on the nature and stage of the service.

Government fees and third-party fees are non-refundable

No refund will be issued for delays caused by the client

Any approved refund will be processed at Almaec’s discretion after reviewing the case.
10. Revisions and Changes
For web development and digital services, limited revisions may be included as per the agreed package or proposal.
Additional revisions, design changes, new pages, extra features, or changes after approval may be charged separately.
For business formation and taxation services, changes after submission to government agencies or third parties may not be possible or may require additional fees.
11. Timelines and Delays
We make reasonable efforts to complete services within the estimated timeline. However, timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to:

The client is responsible for regularly checking communication and responding in a timely manner.
13. Intellectual Property
For web development projects, ownership of final website design and custom-developed content may be transferred to the client after full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Almaec may retain rights to:

Pre-existing templates, tools, frameworks, code libraries, and processes

Internal methods, know-how, and systems

Portfolio display of completed work, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing
The client must ensure that any content, images, logos, trademarks, or materials provided to Almaec do not infringe third-party rights.
14. Website Content and Compliance
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of all content published on their website.
Almaec is not responsible for claims, penalties, copyright issues, regulatory issues, or losses arising from client-provided content or business activities.
15. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms, tools, agencies, payment processors, hosting providers, domain registrars, government portals, registered agents, tax platforms, or software providers.
We are not responsible for third-party errors, downtime, policy changes, pricing changes, data loss, rejection, delays, or service interruptions.
